For over 20 years, she has been working for a range of well-established energy service and contracting companies, being in charge of all kinds of industry projects and covering issues such as power and gas purchasing, emissions trading, renewables as well as energy taxes and charges. She joined the E.Quadrat team in 2017.

Since 2006, Dr Lutz Beyer has been engaged in numerous consulting projects accompanying the introduction of renewable energies in Germany. He focuses on the PV industry including market, technology and strategy aspects as well as the assessment and feasibility of investments.

Dr Lutz Beyer has 20 years professional experience in international engineering companies, involved in a broad range of cleantech and power engineering projects.

Oliver Franz

After finishing high school and studying industrial engineering (diploma thesis on a hydropower project), Oliver Franz initially worked as an application engineer for lubrication systems for wind turbines.

To deepen his knowledge, he completed a master's degree in "Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency" at the University of Kassel. The master thesis took place at the Fraunhofer Institute for Wind Energy and Energy System Technology.

After his time as a research assistant at the Competence Center for Energy Economics, Energy Efficiency and Electromobility at University of Applied Sciences Mannheim, he started working for E.Quadrat in the field of renewable energies, electromobility and energy management.

Hannes Huckebrink

Hannes Huckebrink has been dealing with photovoltaic power plants in the utility scale sector since 2005. His main focus is project development and project management for roof and open space plants, both nationally and internationally.

Hannes Huckebrink’ s expertise covers the complete life cycle of a PV project, starting with market research, market access to new countries and business areas, technical and legal due diligence, management of planning performance and financing, Purchasing of components and subcontracting services, the management of the construction implementation, the handover of the project and the final O&M support.
Hannes Huckebrink worked for various EPC companies as well as on the investor side as owner's engineer.
